Bruce is a great white shark in Finding Nemo. He is one of Marlin and Dory's friends and the leader of the Fish-Friendly Sharks support group. Bruce is a kind and pleasant shark. He is also shown to be jolly, laid-back, and a jokester. However, his personality changes when his instincts start to. A clown fish named Marlin lives in the Great Barrier Reef and loses his son, Nemo, after he ventures into the open sea, despite his father's constant warnings about many of the ocean's dangers. Nemo is abducted by a boat and netted up and sent to a dentist's office in Sydney.

Sequel Finding Dory marks the return of Ellen DeGeneres' beloved blue fish from 2003's Finding Nemo. The record-breaking Disney Pixar film also features a bunch of new characters, including Dory's parents. But that doesn't mean we've forgotten all about the ocean creatures from the first movie, like Willem Dafoe's Tank Gang leader Gill.

Hey, what ever happened to the Tank Gang?

Finding

Ashes of the singularity tutorials. Spoiler alert: We're going to tell you what happened to the Finding Nemo Tank Gang, after the photo.

First, a refresher: In Finding Nemo, the team of Gill, Bubbles, Peach, Deb, Bloat, Jacque and Gurgle successfully help Nemo-- who was placed in an in P. Sherman's fish tank with them-- reunite with Marlin and Dory. The rest of the movie follows Nemo's time away from the Tank Gang, as they're called.. until a quick scene at the end. We learn that the group managed to get the dentist to put them into baggies, and have since made their way into the ocean, presumably by rolling out of the window into Sydney Harbor.

So, what happened to them after that? The Tank Gang doesn't figure into the main Finding Dory storyline, but we finally see the squad return in a post-credits scene. It turns out, they're apparently still in the same plastic bags from before (they must be hungry), and they have traveled all the way to California, right outside of the Marine Life Institute where Dory went looking for her parents earlier in the movie. The Tank Gang, in their bags, come above the surface of the water, and are spotted and scooped up by Marine Life Institute employees.

Just like he did in the end of Nemo, blowfish Bloat (Brad Garrett) says, 'Now, what?'
