Givemeglenn, I have been with them for YearsI have been a customer for years; started as Monitronics, then became Moni, eventually assuming the Brinks name a while back. Ive always received good service from them, so when the app came out, I was excited because I also have started becoming a “smart home,” adding a smart thermostat, door lock, doorbell, garage door opener, security lights, etc, that are all web/app enabled, so I was excited to be able to integrate all of my security into one app, which this supposedly does.However, if you want to have an integrated solution, you have to acquire all of the smart devices I just described from Brinks, and pay monthly fees for them, so none of the ones I currently have will work with the app.

Now since that happened we haven’t been received any statement that they are changing their name on any statements that they have been sending out at the time when they had Moni name!I called for customer service and they where unable to help me so they suggested that they would send an technician out but he will charge me for 25$ for something that they should be providing and I’ve got a round doorbell and it doesn’t fit my frame is halfway out?!

The camera above the garage is late and someone stole my table saw that camera didn’t even record it?! Camera isn’t but 250 resolution if that?!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I’m disappointed with them and they never sent me any sign or window stickers?! Needed help with getting things set up called the salesman for some help he informed me that he would call brinks service and have them help me. There service department has not called it’s been over three weeks and still having the issue with door bell cameras and a drive way camera that has not show anything when you go to view it says to retry or troubleshoot nothing has came up for the camera to it doesn’t work at all and the message that is given to call the service department only to be placed on hold and the get disconnected so much for them being professional when you sign a contact with them I should have not had this put in very disgusted with this.
